Property Listing Policy

A property may be submitted by:

• The lawful owner
• A co-owner with authority
• A landlord
• An authorised representative
• A builder or developer
• A valid channel partner
• A person holding written authority to market the property

The person submitting the listing should provide:

• Name and contact details
• Relationship to the property
• Property location
• Property type
• Expected price or rent
• Accurate area and configuration
• Current availability
• Furnishing details
• Amenities
• Possession status
• Clear photographs
• Known charges and restrictions
• Relevant documents where required

EasySpace4U may request identification, ownership documents, authorisation letter, utility bill, tax receipt, builder allotment details, RERA information, location verification or additional supporting information.

Verification does not constitute a legal title certificate or guarantee.

EasySpace4U may approve, edit, suspend or reject a listing at its discretion, particularly if details are incomplete, information appears false, ownership is disputed, the property is unavailable, the price appears intentionally misleading, the listing violates law or infringes another party’s rights.

By submitting a property, the submitting party authorises EasySpace4U to market it through the website, social media, digital advertisements, property portals, WhatsApp, email, broker and channel networks and printed or digital catalogues unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Owners must promptly inform EasySpace4U if the property is sold, rented, if price or rent changes, if availability changes, if a dispute arises or if marketing authority is withdrawn.

Publishing a listing does not guarantee enquiries, site visits, sale, rental, desired price or completion within a fixed period.

EasySpace4U may merge, reject or remove duplicate property listings. Listings using false prices, incorrect locations, unrelated photographs or unavailable properties may be removed without notice.
