Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies only to fees paid directly to EasySpace4U for services such as property consultancy, property marketing, listing promotion, site-visit coordination, documentation coordination or subscription or promotional services.

It does not automatically apply to amounts paid directly to owners, landlords, builders, developers, banks or government authorities.

Once consultation, marketing, property search, site-visit coordination or another agreed service has commenced, the associated fee may be non-refundable to the extent that the service has been performed.

Brokerage becomes payable according to the written or communicated agreement between EasySpace4U and the concerned customer. Where a transaction is completed, booked, documented or materially facilitated through EasySpace4U, the brokerage fee is generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Booking amounts, tokens, deposits and advance payments relating to a property may be governed by the agreement between buyer and seller, tenant and landlord, buyer and builder or customer and authorised recipient. EasySpace4U cannot promise a refund of money that it did not receive or control.

Users should obtain written refund and forfeiture terms before making any payment.

Users should inform EasySpace4U as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a visit. Repeated cancellations, false appointments or misuse may lead to refusal of further service.

A refund request relating to an amount paid directly to EasySpace4U must include customer name, contact number, payment date, payment amount, transaction reference, service purchased, reason for request and supporting documents.

Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Banking and payment-gateway processing times may apply.

The following may be non-refundable:

• Work already completed
• Advertising expenditure already incurred
• Third-party charges
• Travel or inspection costs
• Documentation expenses
• Government charges
• Payment-gateway fees where not recoverable
• Customised marketing materials
• Services cancelled after performance began
